1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of dumpsters, roll-off containers, and related services (“Services”) provided by Imperial Dumpsters (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By placing an order, making a payment, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

Imperial Dumpsters offers dumpster rental, junk removal, land clearing, site preparation, demolition, scrap recycling, storm cleanup, and property preservation services across Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus Counties in Florida.

• All rental periods begin at the time of delivery and end at the time of pickup.
• Standard rental periods are 3, 7, or 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Extended rental periods may incur additional daily fees at the Company's published rates.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer for any lawful reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted as flat-rate fees unless otherwise stated. Prices include delivery, pickup, and a specified weight allowance.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by the Company.
• A valid credit card or other approved payment method must be kept on file for the duration of the rental.
• Overweight loads exceeding the agreed-upon weight allowance will be charged at the Company's per-ton overage rate.
• All prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted rate.
• Florida sales tax will be applied to all invoices where applicable by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The Customer must ensure the placement area is clear of obstacles, overhead wires, low-hanging branches, and underground utilities before delivery.
• The Customer shall not move, relocate, or tamper with the dumpster after placement.
• The Customer shall not fill the dumpster beyond the fill line. Overfilled containers may be rejected at pickup and additional fees applied.
• The Customer shall not dispose of hazardous materials including but not limited to: asbestos, paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks, medical waste, or flammable liquids.
• The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local municipalities for dumpster placement on public property or right-of-way.
• The Customer shall ensure the roll-off container remains on private property unless a permit has been secured.

5. Prohibited Items

The following materials are strictly prohibited from disposal in any Imperial Dumpsters container:

If prohibited items are discovered in the container, the Customer will be charged a cleanup and disposal fee equal to the cost of proper remediation plus a $250 administrative penalty.

6. Delivery & Placement

• The Company will make every effort to deliver and pick up containers within the agreed-upon time window. However, delays due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues may occur without liability.
• The driver will place wood buffer tracks beneath the dumpster rollers to protect driveways. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to pavement, concrete, or landscaping.
• The Customer must be present or have authorized someone to direct placement unless prior arrangements have been made.
• If the driver determines the drop-off location is inaccessible, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, lost profits, or loss of use.
• The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Imperial Dumpsters, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer's use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total order value.
• Once a dumpster has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for early pickup or early cancellation of the rental period.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to unsafe conditions, access issues, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

Imperial Dumpsters reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
